What are "credits"?
Credits are our in-app currency that you can use for AI features. With credits we can actually have fair usage-based pricing for everyone.
How do credits work?
For each plan you get a fixed amount of monthly credits, these you can then use for AI features. If you run out of credits you can also buy extra, these don’t reset and stay forever.
What can I use credits for?
You can use credits to:
Chat with AI chat (1 credit per message)
Generate flashcards (1 credit per 5 flashcards)
Generate tests (2 credits per 5 questions)
Use oral exam simulator (20 credits per minute)
What if I have both monthly & extra/forever credits?
Vždy nejprve využíváme měsíční limity, takže nepřijdeš o celkové limity, pokud jsi již nevyčerpal/a své měsíční limity.

We do not offer a premium trial version, but if you are not satisfied with the service, please contact us within 14 days of purchase and we will be happy to refund your money.
Můžu zrušit kdykoliv?
Ano, svůj tarif můžete kdykoli snížit, změnit nebo zrušit v nastavení svého účtu.
Přijdu o svoje data, když zruším premium?
Ne. Tvá data zůstanou v bezpečí, pouze ztratíš přístup k prémiovým funkcím nebo většímu úložišti, dokud si znovu nezaplatíš předplatné.
Můžu změnit plán 'uprostřed' měsíce?
Yes, you can change plans instantly in your dashboard. Any unused credits roll over on the “Extra” plan.
